Finding the leaders to pave the path for
the next generation.

Our residential program focuses on industry immersion, mentorship, and professional development, while providing the necessary training and education for our Fellows to succeed in a career in tech. The program targets women and people of color, particularly student athletes, who are ready to dive into the tech industry, serve the community, and lead the way as role models for the next generations.
